Privacy by design, with limits explained
The inspection workspace does not require an account. Inspection content is saved in browser storage on the device you use; it is not synchronized to an Inspecterfly server. Browser storage is not a permanent backup and may be removed by browser settings, device changes, or failure. Export copies and keep important files somewhere you control.
What the product does not do
Inspecterfly does not determine legal compliance, certify a property's condition, establish responsibility, or replace professional advice. A report reflects the information entered by its user. Local rules and lease terms vary; seek qualified advice for questions that depend on your location or situation.
